The inaugural edition of the Journal of Computer Science Horizon focuses on the theme Innovations in Information Systems Technology and Web-Based Decision Support Systems. As the digital era continues to evolve, the demand for effective and efficient information systems is becoming increasingly critical. Web-based technologies enable real-time data processing, support more accurate decision-making, and enhance accessibility across various sectors.
This edition features scientific articles discussing the implementation of decision-making methods, such as the Certainty Factor, Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP), and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), all of which aim to optimize decision support systems. Additionally, the issue explores approaches in developing web-based information systems, covering topics ranging from patient compliance monitoring to population data management.
