FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN MOTIVASI PERAWAT D3 UNTUK MELANJUTKAN PENDIDIKAN KE JENJANG S1 KEPERAWATAN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD KARAWANG TAHUN 2022

Abstract

 In accordance with the standards of the nursing profession as a professional nursing care provider, most of the nurses in the RSUD Karawang Hospital in this condition are not in accordance with the standards imposed by the PPNI National Conference (2021) results, in which nurses are required to have a bachelor's degree in nursing. The design used in this study is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample size used was 90 respondents with a D3 nurse background in the inpatient room of the Karawang Hospital, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the analysis using Chi Square there is a significant relationship between family support p: 0.032 <0.05 and superior support p: 0.047 <0.05 with the motivation of D3 nurses to continue their education to the Bachelor of Nursing level of 53.8%. This study recommends that management reform policies related to the distribution of nurses who continue their education as well as efforts to motivate nurses in improving the quality of nursing resources.
