FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN ANAK USIA PRA SEKOLAH DI POSYANDU SAKURA 10 TELUKJAMBE TIMUR

Abstract

 Growth and development in the preschool period is a very influential basic stage and becomes the basis for further development. The period of growth and development is very short so it needs early treatment to prevent problems in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the development of children aged 3-5 years at Posyandu Sakura 10 Teluk Jambe Timur Karawang. The research design uses a cross-sectional approach. With the results there are significant factors that affect the development of children aged 3-5 years, including maternal education (p-value 0.018), occupation (pvalue 0.077), knowledge (p-value: 0.001), attitudes (p-value 0.020), socioeconomic (p-value 0.117) and parenting (p-value 0.000). From these data it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between these factors and the relationship of child development. Suggestion: For health workers it is expected that health workers play an active role in early detection of child development, for educational institutions it is expected that educational institutions provide or add literature related to parenting and child development to be more useful in adding knowledge, for further research can add items on each indicator to get the right results on the aspects studied. In addition, researchers also suggest that you can try to relate it to other variables, because there are many other factors that can affect a child's development
