FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI DI PT. Y KARAWANG TAHUN 2021

Abstract

 Fatigue is a condition in which a person feels physically and/ or mentally tired. The aim if this research is to know Factors Related the correlation of Age, education, nutritional status and work position towards fatigue complaints on production employees at PT. Y Karawang in 2021. This research used analytic descriptive design with cross sectional approach. It was done to PT. Y Production Employees karawang in 2021. The population is all of production employees of PT. Karawang. Sampling method was taken by simple Total sampling. The total sample of this research is as many as 40 production employees. The statistic test is used ChiSquare. It was obtained from 40 respondents that there is correlation between Age and fatigue complaint P value =0,000 (α < 0,05), there is a correlation between Education and Fatigue complaint P value =0,000 (α < 0,05), there is a correlation between Nutritional status and Fatigue complaint P value=0,000 (α < 0,05), there is a correlation between Work position and Fatigue complaint P value= 0,000 (α < 0,05). Suggestion: it is hoped the owner At PT. Envicon Ekatama Karawang can pay more attention to the factors related which influences the production employee’s behaviour in applying health work especially related to fatigue.
