PERSEPSI PASIEN PADA PERILAKU CARING PADA PERAWAT ANAK DIRUANG PERAWATAN ANAK RSUD KABUPATEN KARAWANG TAHUN 2022

Abstract

 Hospital is one of the organizations engaged in the health sector that aims to meet the needs of health services in a region. The hospital is also the main means of health services that function to organize curative and rehabilitative health efforts to meet the needs of patients both biologically, psychologically, socially and spiritually. In Indonesia, health services provided by hospitals continue to grow and always provide rapid changes due to the current era of globalization that we are facing in the health sector (Muninjaya, 2015). because of the current era of globalization that we are facing in the health sector (Muninjaya, 2015). The design used in this study is an analytical survey. The sample size used amounted to 75 respondents in the inpatient room of the children of Karawang Hospital, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that female patients (46.4%) rated the nurse's caring behavior as good. More than half (40%) of patients with a high school education rated nurses' caring behavior as poor. Nurses' caring behavior was rated by more than half (59.4%) of patients aged 18-40 years.
