HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP, DAN TINDAKAN DENGAN PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DI RS ISLAM KARAWANG

Abstract

 This study was to determine the relationship of Conduct Implementation Nurse With Health And Safety In Space Disease In Women's Hospital Islam Karawang City. This type of research is analytic kuantitatif with cross sectional design. Total sample of 35 respondents with a total sampling. The result showed that knowledge not linked to the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (p = 0.553), Attitude has a significant relationship (p = 0.006), Action (p = 0.000) had a significant association gengan Implementation of Health and Safety. The conclusion of occupational health and safety program is done in Hospitali Islam Karawang city because Nurse has good attitude and action. suggestions are expected to Hospital Islam City further develop its Community Resources in K3 program, Conducting periodic examination of the officer, Creating a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as provide training and counseling related to K3 program. So the K3 program can run well.
