Gambaran Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Pegawai Stikes Horizon Karawang Dalam Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja

Abstract

 The overall management system which includes organizational structure, planning, responsibilities, implementation, procedures, processes and resources needed for the development, implementation, achievement, review and maintenance of OHS policies. This study aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of STIKes Horizon Karawang employees in the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3). This type of research is a survey method with a descriptive approach which was carried out on employees of STIKes Horizon Karawang from February 15-22 2017. The sampling method was simple random sampling. The number of samples is 26 people. The results showed that 19 (73.1%), and those who had less knowledge were 7 (26.9%), and 11 respondents (42.3%), who had a bad attitude were 11 respondents who had a good attitude. 15 respondents (57.7%). From the results of the study, it is expected to increase the knowledge and attitudes of STIKes Horizon employees in the application of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) through counseling with more effective methods.
