PENGARUH REHABILITASI JANTUNG TAHAP 1 TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SELF EFFICACY PADA PASIEN ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME (ACS) DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD KARAWANG TAHUN 2022

Abstract

 Acute Coronary Syndrome is a problem or disorder of coronary blood vessels that results in insufficient oxygen to the heart. This ACS has an impact on the patient's knowledge and selfefficacy. Cardiac rehabilitation is a multiphase intervention designed to optimize the care, and socialization of heart disease, besides, slowing, or even accelerating the process of atherosclerosis, reducing morbidity and mortality. Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome ACS in the Inpatient Room at RSUD Karawang in 2022. The design of this study used a quasy experiment with a one group pretest and posttest approach. The average knowledge of respondents is 2,733 with a standard deviation of 2,314, and the average Self-Efficacy of respondents is 4,400. With a standard deviation of 4.532. So it can be said that there is a significant effect between Knowledge and Self-Efficacy before and before being given stage I cardiac rehabilitation.
